Beaver Millar Farm
Miller Marsh

 

The projects of the Samuel W. Morris Trust are to protect land from over-development  to protect natural areas and endangered habitats and also for the advancement of outdoor nature studies for local school children.   

Beaver-Millar Farm   

Our first major undertaking is the Beaver Millar Farm on Seven Stars Road in Kimberton, Pennsylvania. The Samuel W. Morris Trust has protected this farmland from future development through the purchase of the property.

 

Miller Marsh

 

 

The Miller Marsh Project consists of two related segments, the Miller Marsh Habitat Restoration Project and the Miller Marsh Peeper Project.  

The Habitat Restoration segment of the project restores the habitat and includes plantings for the protection of the water supply from storm runoff. The Miller Marsh Peeper Project provides educational opportunities for local school children in an outdoor classroom setting.
